Assess the original day-7 response after starting corticosteroids for severe alcohol-associated hepatitis under specialist care. Do not substitute day-4 values or INR for the specifically named inputs.

Limitations and safety notes

Use only after corticosteroid initiation in severe alcohol-associated hepatitis. Renal insufficiency is clinician-established using the original definition (creatinine above 115 micromol/L, approximately 1.3 mg/dL, or creatinine clearance below 40 mL/min). The binary input avoids a false exact equivalence between rounded unit thresholds. This implementation is day 7, not the day-4 or INR variant.
