Worked example

A finalized total of 20 is in the high source band; 21 moves to very high. At the lower boundary, 6 is low and 7 is slightly elevated. Fractional totals and values outside 0-26 are rejected because they are not totals of this form.

Limitations and safety notes

The original 2003 derivation used a different 0-20 score. Do not enter that version here or assume its reported performance transfers unchanged to the later form. Item collection, scoring and measurement quality remain external. No proprietary questionnaire, translated adaptation or copied form is reproduced.
